Ticket system problems?

I've got the correct login details, I've used them 4 times already today as I've been working out an issue with support, but I now can't login. It keep booting me back to the login page. I've even filled out the lost password form and the password sent back was the one I've been using and which now doesn't work?

Is anyone else having trouble at this moment?

I'm having the same problem - I can't log in, and when I try, I don't even get an error message - just the same login page.

Needless to say, it's pretty frustrating when you have a relatively urgent problem, need to open a ticket, and can't access the ticket system -

I'm having no problems getting in either, but this is something that seems to come up in the forums from time to time.

Maybe clearing out your cache and cookies would help? Or try to pull it up using a different browser.

Well its working again. I did try a different broswer and clearing my cache with no effect it just started working without any obvious cause.

Well, that's the important thing.

I suggested the other browser mainly because it could provide a fresh environment, free of previously entered cookies, passwords, and browser cache entries that might disrupt the normal login process. Of course, the service might have just been offline for a bit, or just too busy to respond to your request at that time....
