how to upgrade

ok so i know this can be done, because i've read several other folks ask if they could upgrade their hosting plan to that of reseller, the only thing that i am yet to read is how to do it. do i have to order a new plan? and cancell the one i have? do i set up a support ticket? can someone tell me how to upgrade? thanks...

thanks, i just opened the ticket. i looked at your site and didn't find anything regarding you reselling, i'm just curious, how is it going? as a reseller that is. is it worth it?

Ah, sorry about not specifying that. I didn't upgrade to reseller but to another hosting plan.
But let me know how it works out, I've already referred lots of people to Jag so I might as well consider reselling, heh.
