    Unhappy Urgent help needed

    I cannot login to the new ticket system, I have sent an email to sales@jaguarpc.com and no response. I cannot login to it, and I need SERIOUS help with my acquiring my 8-26-03 backup!! Or, at the very least, I need my /public_html/forums/images directory restored to a date/time PRIOR to this morning 8-27-03 @ 1:30am.

    If you haven't already, try your full domain name as the uername and the original password you were assigned for your site (even if you changed it for your site--its a different database). Also try capitalizing the first letter of your domain name, as I've heard that that sometimes helps. If you've been around for a while, your login is the username for your site instead of the domain name, but I think all new accounts use the full domain name instead.
