Mercury has been completely down for at least three hours.

Nothing in the announcement section.

Add to that, the new-fangled support ticket system doesn't recognize any of my passwords, and the "Fetch Lost Login" feature does not work for any of my three domains, so I can't submit a ticket.

So I'm relegated to bitching about support (actually, the lack of it) in the forums again.
