    Problem deleting spam filters

I was looking at my spam filters because I wanted to clean some of them up. The problem is they don't get deleted. When I click on the X to delete a specific filter, I get a response back from the system that the filter was deleted. But when I go back to the spam filter page, it is still there. This happes with all of the filters I currently have.

Before I send a support ticket, is there anything I can do to fix this myself?

it may be your browser cached that stuff. Try refreshing the page, and if that doesn't work, empty your cache.

Good suggestion Matt, but that didn't do it. I even tried with a different browser and the filters I supposedly deleted still show up.

I'm having the same problem. Can't delete spam filters once they've been added. Seems this must be s cpanel problem, since others are experiencing it.

Should everyone just open a support ticket on this, or could someone look into it and determine if it's a universal problem?

Andy, Just out of curiosity, what server/machine are you on? My stuff is on silver.

I'm on Neon, so it's got to be something with cpanel...

I hope support sees this and looks into it...

Good idea. Let's keep poking support and maybe they'll do something about it.

I'm going to be out of town for several days. If it's still not working when I get back I'll open a ticket.

There was a small change in cpanel code. I have fixed this on Silver and Neon. We'll do this fix on all servers shortly.

    Masood,

Still not working on Neon. Just tried to delete a couple of spam filters, but they're still there. Even after refreshing the page. Might want to look at it again...
