The SDX server Smaug.nocdirect.com is currently having some issues and is down. Our techs at data centre are working hard to bring it up as soon as possible. We will keep you update on this thread.

The problems this server is presenting do not seem to be easily solved. We have begun the process of restoring users to a brand new server from Sunday's backups. Thanks for your patience!

All the databases for Smaug server has been restored, Now we are near to completion /home data restoration. Thanks for your patience.

All the account data and databases have been restored on balin server a couple of hours before. We have tried our best to perform this process as smooth as possible and made it sure to restore all the data for each account on smaug server. If you face any issue regarding your accounts restoration, Feel free to open a support ticket. We will be more than happy to assist you.
We are really thankful to you for all your patience and also for the cooperation during the trouble.
