This seems to come up every time they run a special. The shopping cart only allows them to reduce prices for coupons, not add features, so the confirmation page never reflects all the bonuses that get added as part of the special. The VMs will be set up from a template based on the coupon offer, however, so you'll get the features as long as you use the coupon code.

yep but still they get $2.00 more than what they said and 2X12=$24/year, its not that much but price should be same as what desbribed.

Perhaps they can do that for you afterwards? I.e. you first get the standard, brand new one, through the standard ordering process and then you request they put a copy of your current one over it? I do vaguely recall a reinstallation fee for that sort of thing (was that $15?) but that could well be worth it to you.
