I opened two tickets for the same issue but on 2 servers. I needed some software installed on the servers.
Ticket 13436845 was for server 1 and 13436846 was for server 2. I woke this morning to find a rude message from a tech on ticket 13436845 for server 1 of mine.
"Hi Bambie,
Please DON'T open multiple tickets for the same issue. It looks like PostGreSQL has been installed in your vps as per your request on other ticket.
We will check PostGreSQL issue mentioned on your other ticket and will get back to you on that ticket as soon as possible.
Kindly let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
Regards,

I don't like the "DON'T" in capital letters, I fount it to be rude and if he read the ticket completely and checked he would have seen that it is for 2 different servers. That is why you have a option to pick what server has the issue when creating the ticket is it to avoid confusion?
I would like a apology and for some one to install what I asked to be installed on the server in this ticket 13436845.
