I've been with you guys quite a number of years(5 or 6) and I thought it about time I said thanks.
Every time I have had an issue I have put in my support ticket and have always got a very prompt reply with the issue solved in the quickest possible time.
I don't know about other peoples experiences but I often have to deal with other domains and web services but I stick solidly with JPC as they have always stepped up to the plate.
I see most of the complaints here the cause of people lack of patience and ignorance. The live chat thing is new and I am sure JPC is working hard to sort it out as I have always known them to be dedicated to customer experience. I find support tickets are the best way to go and as I have already mentioned, and my problem has always been resolved promptly.
Keep up the good work JPC and I gratefully look forward to future dealings with you.
