    From Field on Support tickets

    Had an issue here where a ticket was started by a tech. The from field on the email was "Support level 3" and it got discarded with the spam so I was unaware of the problem. Most of the other email notifications come in as "Jaguar Support Dept" however I do see some older listed simply as "support". I'd suggest adding Jaguar in front of all email notifications to make it more distinctive.
