What kinds of problems are you having with it? Are you having problems with interworx itself or just server or general problems with your account?

    Hi Jag,

a series of problems. since the setup of my vps on 20 Oct till now i havent got a chance to experience a stable box. opened several tickets. one problem fixed, it came another. now awaiting tech support to advice on my issues. i have a gut feeling that this centos + interworx just dont get along well cause its just too many problems.

    to name a few,

the CPU load suddenly shot over 100% without reason. even the tech did not know what happened.

the vps was destroyed and rebuilt due to ssl issue (dont know whats the real issue, tech did not mention the root of the problem).

the interworx failed to update itself until an erased of a glibc package.

    etc etc.

fortunately we haven't done dns propogation yet (production website still hosted on other provider) so these issues did not pose us great threat.

if you are interested to know more, you may view some of the passed tickets. ticket no. 2206842, 2206979, 2206790

1 ticket is still awaiting tech support to response. 2207587

i am now considering a switch to directadmin as it is quite weird for a newly setup vps account (not in use yet) with no email accounts, no mysql, no php apps, only static html pages to experience a series of unknown issues rendering downtime of httpd, pop3, mysqld.

    regards,

    Nigel

ScriptWorx doesn't work for anything that requires a database (read as everything minus 'gallery').
