HELP! No Cpanel

Hey, i just recently had my VPS set up, and when i got the E-Mail w/ all of my login details i quickly went into my Power Panel and set all the settings to my linking, but when i went to log into WHM, i get the error Safari can’t open the page “http://69.73.178.187:2086/” because it could not connect to the server “69.73.178.187”. and when i went to check in my power panel im pretty sure that Cpanel is not installed, i have put in a support ticket but they are taking a very long time to answer and was wondering if anyone knows if this is normal and will be resolved soon or what.

cPanel isn't always included with VPS if I'm correct. So they probably have to check with sales whether or not you should just "get" one, or should be made an offer for one.

Anything that cannot be handled by the 24/7 support folk but needs to go by sales or escalated to the support supervisor(s) (a.k.a. Masood ) easily takes a bit longer and isn't normally worked on outside office hours (in Texas). I say "normally" because I've seen both sales and support staff make occasional extra appearances to help out on weekends.

Did you specify you wanted cpanel? If so then it should have already been installed and running when you received your logins. PM me with account details if you did please.
