This is a discussion on stupid question (Maybe) in the VPS & Dedicated forum
In whm, when i create a account i click on the ip link and get a "Access forbidden" I copied my account from another server ...

    stupid question (Maybe)

    In whm, when i create a account i click on the ip link and get a "Access forbidden" I copied my account from another server so the files are there. there is an index.php. It also happens when i create a new account. What do i need to configure to be able see directries and the website itself? Thanks. By the way i have a new vps and still trying to figure all of this out. Thanks.

    Hrm...

    Well, the error message is pretty explicit. I think I would check the permissions first, and make sure the directory is set to at least octal 755...
