Moving everything from Jag Shared - Jag VPS?

Hey, im looking for some help moving everything over from my Shared Hosting to my new VPS, im pretty sure its all set up properly now except for Fantastico which i put a spt ticket in, but i need help migrating from shared to my vps including all of the DNS stuff, and the files and databases / mail. if anyone could give me some assistance w/ this it would be appreciated.

Also, i havnt been able to figure out how to get into a FTP act for an act i tried to set up, is their something i need to do to get FTP working or special login or what, i did set up a new FTP act for that act in Cpanel but it didnt work.
