Anyone know what this is, and why it is not letting me create or transfer any more accounts?? I have been waiting for an answer ...

    I have been waiting for an answer from support since last night!!!

    Can't transfer any more sites!

    Now email is not working

    What a disaster. I feel I should have NEVER moved hosting here.

    Someone is posting identical threads mere hours after eachother. What a disaster. Moderators are MIA I feel I should have never come here and read this board..

    You put in a ticket last night and haven't gotten a single reply? I find that pretty hard to believe, but if so, best put in another ticket, not another thread out here. As for that limit: it seems a bit weird that 120 uids and gids would be used by systems stuffs alone, so there might be some investigating needed there.

    I have been waiting for an answer from support since last night!!!
    I think Jag only guarantees a 24 hour response. I tried to find that before posting but could not.

    I admit support after normal business hours and on weekends may not be as good as it is during the week if it is a serious issue.

    If the issue requires some input from sales it will be non existent when the sales office is not open.

    That being said I have been here about 4 years. I have been through ups and downs with JagPC, but I would not consider another host.

    I think when you get over the initial huddles you will be glad you choose JagPC as your host.

    Hopefully you have not changed any DNS settings until you are sure everything is running smoothly.

    Support was not able to assist with this? Please list your ticket number so I can look into it. This is a simple fix and should have been done right away.

    Yes, as it turned out it "was" a simple fix, but by no means was it done right away. The ticket for review is 2215611.
