I can't login.
I place in my username and password (of course the same one I use to login to the regular client system (I even logged in to the client section to make sure I have everything right and it worked fine)

It's saying

Sorry, that username is not in our records.

Oh and you may want to make it more noticeable so its easyer to spot, just making it bold will do!

This may cause a problem for people using a proxy (especially those who have no choice if their ISP pushes all traffic through proxies).

I got locked out while VPN'ed into work, and that essentially would have killed anyone at work (10K plus staff) from accessing if they wanted/needed to. Logged out of VPN and my normal ISP lets me straight through as I now have my ISP IP back presenting to the world.

I appreciate that security is an issue, but :-
- how long does the block last
- any way for proxy users to bypass
- maybe block by the username they were trying instead?

All you would need would be 1 idiot who could spoil it for a whole ISP.

There are secuirty variables you can adjust as an admin regarding the login systems denying rules. Right now I have them set to perma-block ips from failed login attempts just for testing.

A lot has changed since the beta opened but I havent updated the beta area. Old logins "should" work unless your locked out.

I don't think I'm locked out. I just can't get past the window asking for my password and user ID its very frustrating hahaha
