Billing section - old transactions, open CC info

Again, dunno if this is a bug, or just caused by the system not connected to a live DB...

On the View Billing section, I see this error:

The CC info is exposed as a URL-encoded hash, and the transactions are all from several years ago from a single account.

Yeah appears to be a bug.

hmm... still shows up w/ the CC as a hash, and old account info...
