Any idea when my sites wll be back up? What's the problem?

Hope this is not a repeat of the fun and games of last year!
Appollo has gone down for the second time today.
I've always liked Jaguar but my confidence is wavering now.
Looks like lack of comunication with Jaguars clients has still not been addressed. We look like fools when our customers ask what's going on and we don't know. Even if we could tell them when server is likely to be back up it would be a start.
I'm also a Member of the ASS (Apollo Sufferers Support) group
