On the freedom vps what level of managed support is it considered to be under? Level 1, 2 or 3?

Thanks,
When talking to Jag he said he *thought* it came with level 2, but they hadn't put it in print yet.
I have been told that All JPC VPSes are fully managed.
Here is what written at their website:
FREE Fully managed 24/7 support

Okay Jag, I will pick for you. Just say it is Level 3!
You listening sir?
if i am not mistaken, it was mentioned somewhere at WHT that JPC fully managed service include basically everything except 3rd party software installation. and that is also one of my reason to sign up with JPC. if my fully managed vps suddenly becomes a level 1 or level 2 managed services, then i will have to leave and go for other providers![]()
Leaving to which provider? Other providers that have "fully managed" VPS plans *still* have different levels and although it's called fully managed you don't have the highest level any way.
i will have to disagree. most of the well known providers i have encountered provide fully managed and some call it semi-managed, but all provide everything except 3rd party installation. To be fair with JPC, i dont think i should mention competitors name here.
Ok, I was investigation some of the other providers of manages VPS plans that many people recommend and their VPS is "fully managed" but they still have higher levels om management if your pay more.
