    CPanel extreamly slow in firefox

    In firefox when ever I attempt to login to cpanel it takes close to 5 minutes for it too load and then is just as painful trying to navigate around the damn thing.

    I'm using firefox 1.5.0.1 with faster fox and optimised it with firetune.
    However even before having any of them installed or used it was still slow, it hasn't made any improvment, lots of other sites yes, just not my cpanel.

    has anyone else experianced this?
    in IE it loads almost instantly like it should!

    I *think* there is a network problem right now. Either that or 'my' server is totally dead -- all services...

    Hrm... Just Google'd this...

    You aren't the only one having this problem, but it seems to be a localized problem.

    I believe I may have stumbled across my fix. The page is loading faster than IE now. I deleted my internet cookies, cache, and turned FasterFox to "Turbo Charged" (to which the page loaded the slowest before deleting the mentioned items above) and now it seems to be working alright.
    And...

    I think that when i altered some configurations on Firefox it caused cpanel to load slowly. After uninstalling and re-installing Firefox, cpanel works fine now and I'm now a happy camper.

    ugh this is frustrating.
    I empty everything in firefox, fasterfox was already set to turbo, tried loading cpanel.... same thing.
    Completely uninstalled firefox, cleaned house removed all the crap left over from firefox so it looked like it had never been there before, reinstalled, tried without anything installed, just a clean slate, Its EVEN WORSE!!!!

    Installed everything again, still just as bad.

    this is just ****ting me really badly, I'm tired of having to open Cpanel in IE I truely am!!!!
