hello my vps is not working and i would like to know whts going on.
i want it fixed or my money back been messed about by you people to much now i sent it loads of support and i got a email today about cancleing the vps i didnt do that and i want it fixed or my money back as i have paid for a service and i have not got it please can you sort this out.
i cant even login to my client login.

i would like to know whats going on please........

Dagit I can only tell you as a long time customer of Jag (4 plus years) that they do not jerk you around. I think the majority of the members here will tell you the same thing.

Unfortunately problems do happen, and sometimes support does not respond as they should. I do not know of any equipment that works 100% of the time or any human who does not make errors.

My suggestion would be to cool it. You are fortunate IMHO that Les read this.

A better method IMHO if support is not resolving an issue satisfactorily, is to look at the forum leaders and PM one of them with the details and ticket numbers involved.

Same thing happened to me when I first got my VPS. It wasn't JagPC's fault. Turns out I had a script that was resource hog. Once I got that tamed my VPS came back online.

Every single time that I've had an issue with my VPS it's been appropiately handled by support. That's the main reason I stay here. When they say "managed", they really mean it.

Ticket response times are amazing, even at odd hours.

Even though I have NO CLUE on how Linux works, they are patient and always resolve my problems.
