I have been reading a lot on how to tweak httpd.conf. There are a lot of conflicting opinions. Some say turn this on, some say turn that off, etc. I have the Freedom Plan:
15,000 MB Disk Space
UNMETERED 1.5mbps Data Transfer
256 MB Guaranteed Ram
200 units Guaranteed CPU
Host Machine w/ Dual CPU
RAID10 Storage, 8 Gig RAM
Fully Burstable RAM and CPU
I am trying to get the most out of Apache. My sites are usually slow. I have a busy art site where I allow hotlinking. I have another site with a fair size forum, ~5,000 members, ~1x,000 posts. Those are my two major sites running on MySQL and PHP. I have some smaller sites, but traffic is very low on those sites.
I have CentOS intsalled with WHM/CPanel. What settings are best for my httpd.conf?
Is this good?
