My current ISP is blocking all unknown ports. Which rules out using 2082 and 2083 for cpanel.
I still need access to phpmyadmin thou.
Anyone know the URL to access phpmyadmin without going through cpanel?
And now myJPC seams to be broken... again.

I would drop them in 2.5 seconds
I would drop cPanel before I dropped my ISP, but that's just me...Originally Posted by the_ancient

Another thing you could do is setup a proxy server on your site, and use it to access cPanel, but that's a little contrived, yes?

Any other ideas for getting to cpanel? Anonymouse almost worked. It got me to the login screen at least. Now we just have to get passed it. Mabey via VPN? hmmm...
Support just told me that there is no way to do this =(. You HAVE to have access to cpanel to use the built in phpmyadmin client.
VIN does make a good point that if you install your own version you can access it anyway you want. =) Hope this helps out you future forum searchers out there. HI FROM THE PAST! BOO!
Nor are any of the posters here so far JagPC staff, so we couldn't be fixing that error.Originally Posted by Vin DSL

Do you have shell access? You could use port fowarding in Putty. Under "Tunnels" you would add a forwarded port. Set source port to 2082 then set destination to yourdomain.com:2082. Connect to your server via SSH. Now when you go into your browser type "localhost:2082" and you'll have access to your cpanel. I've did it this way at my work which has 2082 blocked.
The CP version of phpMyAdmin runs on port 2083--I just checked. The easist fix, IMHO, is to install your own copy. It'll take you about half an hour to an hour to do the first time, but since you're stuck in a hospital bed that's probably not that big a deal.
Good luck and get well soon!
