Any body know when CPU Usage is 100.0% ? And how can we reduce it ? Please answer me . ...

    CPU Usage

    Any body know when CPU Usage is 100.0% ?
    And how can we reduce it ?

    If you have high CPU usage all the time, then you should try to find process that run. Disable all unnecessary services, optimize Apache, exim and mysql and then you should reduce it.
    If you have high cpu usage for a short time, don't worry, it is probably cron job when system make backup or run site statistic and similar tasks.

    time to optimize your vps (my.cnf, httpd.conf)

    If that doesn't work then try asking support that you be transferred to a new hardware node.
