Can no longer create backups on draco.nocdirect.com

While I'm still waiting for a response to my emergency support ticket (2+ hours now), I'll post here and see if anyone is havning the same problem.

The backup I had for my VPS vanished from the maintenance section of my control panel. So I tried to make a new one, and I get the follow error in the log:

Mar 27, 2006 08:17:38 PM 	Operation backup with the VPS(s) VEID105 as incremental, remote to 207.210.81.170 is started. 	Completed
Mar 27, 2006 08:17:41 PM 	Operation backup with the VPS(s) VEID105 as incremental, remote to 207.210.81.170 is finished with errors: Connection to remote host cannot be open or is closed. 	Failed

On a unrelated note, why isn't draco.nocdirect.com on the server status page? Is it because its a VPS server?

I don't think any of the VPS servers are listed. The only other server that I know to be VPS, Apollo, isn't listed either.

That was my guess, too, so that was no big deal. I still, however, cannot create backups.

If you are getting a remote host error then shouldn't you look there? I don't believe that remote IP belongs to JAG.
