QoS for resold accounts on VPS

I am about to resell a couple of accounts on my shiny new VPS. Can anyone give me some advice for what I should be offering my clients in terms of uptime guarantess and QoS in general?

Both sites are small business sites, although one will have a streaming flash music player and also alot of images (these will mostly be < 100k).

Any advice you can give will be very much appreciated.

I think you go the safest if you keep to the guarantee's jaguarPC is offering. Of course keep in mind that if you offer 24h support, this also means YOU (or some people working for you) should be available 24h to make this claim true. (however there are hundreds of hosting companies falsely claiming this, if you want customers to be happy, do not follow that path).

    Good luck with your business.

    Kind regards,
    Patrick

Thanks for the input Patrick. That's pretty much what I went with.

Currently all my clients are UK-based (like me), and unlikely to be up at 3AM breaking their websites, so I just went with 8 till 8 for support. And I'm a believer in honest businesses and happy customers.

    Homoludens,

Good to hear there are people who believe in honest businesses, the larger multinationals tend to forget that quickly

    Good luck with your business,

    Kind regards,
    Patrick
