more than 2 hours later still no word from tech support.
it's almost 12 hours and the problem's still there
ummm.. maybe a link or something would help.
I'm having mail download problems. Connected...?
it's a network problem alright.. it took them 9 hours to figure it out.
sorry... can't help it.
too many complaints from my site's users.

yea my VPS is having samething, support said network issues, they workin on it now (that was about 2-3hrs ago) they should have it fixed soon. they always do![]()

I'm not sure if this is the same problem or not but my VPS has went down 4-5 times in the last hour. E-mail is very slow, or doesn't connect at all. FTP doesn't work. I tried to restart service and it failed. Waiting on ticket response![]()
Is this still a problem? Man, my VPS was working fine and dandy then it just went dead. Argggg... Waiting on support for the second time. The first time they told me my VPS was working again, that is true but it is mega slooooowww. *Ugh
Well it came back up yesterday, but now its down... been waiting on support for a while... Site is completely dead, as is FTP. I can't restart services.. they keep failing.
