I upadted the ticket which I opened yesterday couple of time but no reply.
Today I opened the ticket again its over hour and no reply yet.
cPanel installation is a plan option / upgrade and thus goes through sales. Sales is not very active on weekends..
Your ticket is probably in the sales queue, so updating it won't alert support. Best wait till Monday. If for any reason that's not an option, make a new ticket in which you make it clear that you're on a deadline. Perhaps they can do without sales in your situation or know how to get hold of someone anyway. I wouldn't count on it though, nor bother with it unless it REALLY can't wait till Monday.
