how can i move my data using plesk from old host Cpanel

If there isnt a tool in the Plesk control panel (I thought there was) the best thing to do is raise a support ticket where they will either do the move for you, or help you to do so yourself.

I actually swapped my plan from Direct Admin so I could have CPanel for just this purpose, CPanel makes it a very easy job providing your sites are not to big.
