vps cpu usage?

What are the CPU limits?
I've just got my site up and.. already my resource is in the yellow zone:

I currently have an average of 120 users online as of now. I'll have more users on later...
OMG, what am I going to do? I'll probably need a dedicated server?

120 users on what, a forum? Vps isnt for everybody so yea its possible you'll need a dedicated server. You tried the vps optimizing thread thats stickied in this forum?

I'm running a database driven social network site - sort of like myspace. I'll see what I can do with the optimizing my vps.

check processes, something is running that needs to taste some SIGKILL. once in awhile, my vps will run an update or something that will just hang, 100% for hours on end. so check that first.
