help me install plesk.....!

I have allready bought VPS Freedom Plan , but when I login VPS Panel I can not use Plesk or CPanel , I know that , the Control Panel FREE for the Freedom, Apollo, and Enterprise packages.
Please help me how i can use Plesk.

open support ticket, and they can switch u, but thatll create a whole new server, everything will be gone, lengthy process...u really need to switch?

You should have gotten login details for the support area when you signed up for your VPS plan. JPC usually sends a welcome email with the logins for both your server account (i.e your VPS) and the client area.

If you do not have this info, there is a password recovery feature that you can use. You'll just need to enter the email address you used to sign up.
