That's correct. You're free to pay more months in advance, but there's no discount for it. Thus doing so probably only makes sense if you make your payments manually (like: Paypal, sending in checks) and don't want to bother with the work every month.

i contacted sales its almost 24 hours - no response.

shalwan, that is completely understandable, sales is NOT working in the weekends. Only support is 24x7.

Sales is open at the following Hours : Mon - Fri (8AM-5PM CST)

Shalwan, they probably do, but guess you have to contact them, and reading your post, you did that allready.

I just pay month by month, and frankly after having experiences with other hosting companies i would not want any different anymore. If something is not going the way you like it, you atleast have the ability to leave when you want.

Don't get me wrong, i am very happy with jaguarPc at the moment, but you never know what the future brings..

I dont know if any company company that would refuse pre-payment of services.

Just order under the month to month, and then submit a sales ticket requestig a 6mo invoice, should be no problem, but dont expect any kind of discount.

Its been stated in these forums before that JPC will accept pre-payments. You just need to contact sales, which you did, to make it happen. I suspec tsomeone will get back to you Monday morning (JPC time) with more info about it.
