Miranda Problems?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Miranda yesterday/today? I received notice about the DOS attack, resulting in very slow server response yesterday (lost about 50% of normal website traffic/business). But today all my sites are down. I can access them via WHM and ftp, but http is not responding. Received support response about 5 hours ago saying that there was a hardware node issue, but haven't heard anything since. I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing problems and if they had been resolved or not.

Miranda is causing me major trouble & has been for a few months, esp with very slow loading times & it's often throwing out 504 connection timed out errors. I'm losing money all the time, getting loads of emails from angry users & my SEO efforts are being wrecked, i recently have been adding my site URLs to directories & half the emails i get back are "Site not loading not approved" or similar comments. I've contacted support & still have a ticket ongoing which was opened ages ago, i'm told everythings sorted but it happens again right after i read the ticket
