Hello, I want to install mod_ssl in my VPS (Freedom plan, CentOS 4.3 with no control panel) so I run yum but was asked for a dependency:
2.0.52-22.ent.centos4
"How strange, I already have Apache", I thought, then I run 'yum list installed | grep httpd' and found that I have: httpd-2.0.52-22.ent.centos4.1.swsoft
I'm not sure if it's ok doing a 'yum remove' and installing the "normal" httpd for CentOS. Seeing .swsoft in the name of the file makes me think I could break something with Virtuozzo.
I would like to have my VPS as pure as possible, so I can remove or update any component as I want.
Is it ok removing the httpd with 'swsoft' in the name and install the normal httpd for my CentOS version?
Thanks!
