Virtual Host settings ignored by Apache?

I have recently signed up for the Freedom VPS with Interworx control panel.
    vps.domain1.com

Setting up private DNS servers worked like a dream and I have just added an extra account:

    domain2.com

The DNS changes have propagated and I am reaching the server. However, I am getting the pages located under the domain1.com area instead of domain2.com

The different VirtualHost is located in /etc/httpd/conf.d/ and the DocumentRoot for both domains looks OK.
    ( /home/<user>/<domain>/html )

What am I missing? Is there a task in InterWorx for including new domain configurations into the Apache config?
I have restarted the web server, but it didn't make any difference...
