    4 emails to support, 4 days and counting, wheres the customer service ?

    I ordered a vps a few weeks ago and had hassles setting it up, took nearly a week to get the welcome email. Now im having trouble configuring it as my main domain is still not showing up in a browser, I need some help to check ive set it up correctly and establishing why it isnt working a week after delegating my domain to jaguarpc, Ive emailed support 4 times now and no reply at all!

    Whats going on ?

    Can i get some assistance please!

    1. What address are you sending the mail to?
    2. Are you sure your Internet mail shield (whatever you're using) isn't blocking the replies? Be sure to 'whitelist' them!

    im sending the emails to support@jaguarpc.com
    and yes ive checked all spam folders, I havent received a reply at all over the last 4 days which is most disappointing and Im now very concerned ive chosen the wrong host.

    Assume this is a mixup of sorts but what do i have to do to get some assistance here?

    Its now costing me money as i cant setup my new sites.

    Why not try opening a ticket in the client section instead of sending to support email address? Just a thought.

    Is there are support@ e-mail address? Where did you get that from?

    I remember trying that a long time ago when I was locked out of the ticket system due to routing problems. I think I just got a bounce. Could have been an auto-reply telling me to use that ticket system. Either way, I think that's what you need to do: raise a ticket the proper way.
