    Upgrade Without Support?

Is there any way I can upgrade without a support ticket. I have asked the support what the pricing would be for me to upgrade my RAM, and they haven't responded in 12 hours! In the meantime my site has been down for a total of 10 of those 12 hours due to overusing resources! I cannot wait any longer, as I am getting complaints e-mailed to me, so is there any way that I can upgrade without opening a ticket?

If you're asking a sales question, you should expect the answer during sales opening hours.

Overusing resources on a VPS? :? What do you mean exactly? Your site tries to use resources that aren't there and crashes because of that?

If you need help bringing your system under control for now, you'd best open a new ticket for that directed to support. Your sales ticket will be in the sales queue, so updating that won't get it read quicker.

I opened a ticket a couple days ago. They said I was overusing my resources and it was related to the total number of RAM. They did however increase my limits... twice. They told me to check my QoS alerts, and before every downtime I get a "Black Zone" for "numfiles". They told me that I needed to upgrade RAM, and they forwarded me (in this ticket) to the Concern Department. It has since been 12 hours since it was forwarded to the concern department (not the sales department).
So basically they told me there is no way, as the Power Panel shuts me down automatically when I reach these "zones". So according to them there is no way to keep it under control for now until I upgrade, which they seem very slow to do.

Well they got to it, and besides that one really long response time (it is the only long response time I've ever had with them) they were very quick in upgrading the system, and now it seems like (so far) that the upgrade is going to stop the downtime problem.
    So good job JaguarPC!
