Hi,

I have some questions about maybe moving to a VPS environment.

1) I am not much into SysAdminning, so I'd be looking for a plan that kind of mimics shared in some ways, I don't want to worry about running my mail server, I don't want to worry about OS patches, or PHP, Perl, Apache or whatever patches. Anything like that available? I see Level 1 management, and it makes reference to free patches for "pre-installed software". Is there a list anywhere?

2) What is an "equal share" of the CPU? IIRC, it used to give CPU "units" (which were also undefined... such as how many units are on a physical machine, for instance.) Does "equal share" mean that if all the VPs on a machine are looking for max CPU, it gets equally divided regardless of which plan I'm on? On the Add-ons page, there is still a line to buy extra CPU "Units" at $5 per month for 50 "Units".

3) Do memory guarantees limit the number of VPs on a physical server? In other words if I have an Enterprise Plan (512K) can I be assured that no more than 16 Enterprise Plans could ever be on a 8GB RAM server? In still other words do you (intentionally) oversell your VPSs?

Thanks.
