We are having problems yet again on Beowulf. Unable to send or receive email, took 10 minutes to get Interworx to load, mail is queueing up, etc. This is the exact same issue we have had to report multiple times before. What is going on that keeps causing this problem, and what is being done to resolve it?! This is getting very, very frustrating.
And yes, yet another ticket has been opened, but I am going to bet then when we finally do get an answer, it will be the standard "a backup was running and we killed it" response.
