sftp

I have ssh enabled for one of the sites under my vps, but I can't seem to access it by sftp. Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Originally, I had the package that was used for the account to not have SSH enabled so I had changed the package to allow it. I thought that would update the account to enable SSH. Apparently it didn't update the user accounts when it updated so I had to manually click on the username and enable SSH. Lesson learned.
