    Angry what is this.....

    Ok so i have had enough for bulk resellers and submitted a ticket reequesting an upgrade to enterprise VPS, i asked the question "how long will this upgrade take" and the reply from "Joshua" in sales said 5 mins max!

    Its now been an hour and half.....

    Whats that all about then?

    Seems Jag makes a habbit of talking out of their ****

    Its ridiculous tbh.

    Why say it takes 5 mins and then still going on 2 hours its not done. Not even a word to say what the delay is!

    I just carnt get my head round this, i'm upgrading to a service which costs $50 a month more than what im paying now and this is how they treat me!

    I just dunno what to say..........

    Sounds like they're being dismissive. Did you do something to pi** them off?

    Im glad you find this amussing Spathiphyllum but i am still waiting to be upgraded.

    I got a reply to my ticket saying the previous post was incorrect and that it actually takes 10 - 15 minutes, its now been over 3 hours!

    You just misunderstood. It took them 5 minutes to change your plan. It'll probably take a while to beam your data up to Enterprise level.

    Since when you upgrade you don't get a moneyback guarantee, maybe they just decided to take your money and run to Hawaii for the weekend! I haven't seen Greg around for a bit... are there direct flights from ATL to HNL ?

    Like Vin says; did you do anything to piss them off, or make them less likely to be accommodating, like call them names in their public fora?

    I know that I, persoanlly, would work double hard to make sure you were inconvenienced less than, ohhh Spathi or Jason or maybe even me, since they were actually working an issue for me earlier. Maybe they dropped my problem to work on yours.

    I'm kidding, slick, which was why I PS'd the eyewink. Sometimes it's best to step back a bit when things are too frustrating. Jaguar isn't out to ***** you and you know very well (or you should) that this stuff takes time. Plus, it's a holiday weekend. They're all probably drunk off their kiesters by now, so what feels like a few minutes to them is actually a few hours. Context is everything.

    ok, maybee i should chill a bit. If they tell me 24 hours or monday or whatever i would have been happy as larry.

    Its just a bit frustrating when you get told 5 mins, then 10-15mins......
