So I signed up for a VPS server yesterday. After registering and paying via PayPal, I got an error message from the JaguarPC side of the order process that said something to the effect of 'we could not find an order corresponding with your transaction.'
Since then I've gotten around 2 emails an hour telling me to log in to the customer center to pay my already paid invoice. I would've posted a support ticket in the support center but I can't log in. Apparently my email address exists when I need to be billed but it doesn't exist in the system when I need to ask questions.
I've emailed support@ 2-3 times, and I get back some email about having to click a link to confirm I'm not sending spam. I click the link and get 'Verification denied' and 'This page has not been accessed correctly.' I've tried copy and pasting as well as clicking on the link, no dice.
I can't think of any other way to get in touch with anyone from JaguarPC because I can't email them and I can't submit a ticket to them, so this forum is my last option.
If anyone from JaguarPC is reading this and can help me out, my email address that you can use to check out my order is ankit.sharma [@] netscape.com and I can supply the PayPal transaction number and whatnot if needed.
Needless to say, this is not a great start to my JaguarPC experience, I sincerely hope it goes uphill from here.
