Why I can't see Macedonia F.Y.R in list when I need to pusache for VPS Hosting ?

Our country list comes from ip assignements worldwide. I guess that country doesnt own any ip blocks yet maybe?

Yes I can confirm that. Since I know Mevo. He would like to purchase vps hosting here, but his country is not in the list. Does it mean he can't purchase hosting, or can he go ahead and order and just choose some other country?

And I have a question myself since I could be needing vps sooon, my current host is shutting down vps and going with dedicated only. And I intend to move to jaguar. Country is not a problem
Are full vps backups included here? I have 3 backups in plesk with my current hosting and they come in handy. Is that available here?

And about mysql and php, which versions of these are installed on vps. Do you provide perhaps upgrade to latest versions since I know no host has latest versions installed. They don't have to be latest release but at least last stable versions. I can attempt the upgrade myself but will I get an assistance if I get stuck?

Come on guys, I recommended this place to a friend because I've read nothing but good reviews about jaguarpc on other sites. But something seems out of order here. I sent an email to sales to ask about this country thing on behalf of mevo. That was 3 days ago, never got any reply.

And I intend to move my vbulletin board here and I read in the other thread that php is not compiled with gd and I need it for vbulletin. Imagemagick would be even better. I installed it on my current host and it worked fine. I could also try upgrading php and mysql but it would be a lot of hussle for me and I am not sure I would pull it off. And I heard all about expert support here so I figured it would be better if they could do it. But I can't know anything if someone doesn't answer. I didn't even bother writing to sales about upgrades since they didn't reply to my first email for 3 days now. I can open support ticked on monday when we purchase hosting but I would like to know this in advance.

Sales operates on a limited schedule during the weekend. The staff that's available probably can't do anything about the country list themselves and have to wait for someone to handle it on Monday.

As for GD, most (if not all) of the servers have it installed by default. The same goes for ImageMagic. Someone on the staff posted in a different thread earlier that the default CPanel PHP install only offers basic functionality but that the routinely recompile it with custom settings when the server is up and running. If you find GD is missing from your server, a quick support ticket (and support is much faster than sales at answering tickets) will get it installed for you without a problem.
