server down

andromeda server is down .... 30 mins and no word from support....

anyone else having problems?

I've submitted a ticket but it still shows status as new .....

and first client has called to complain... eeeek Hope this is fixed soon!

Same here on both counts. Although I've only just submitted a ticket.

My ticket just came up assigned... so 30 minutes for an emergency ticket, well not what i like to see.

Mine isn't... 45 mins after a reboot?

I am a bit concerned because I've only been with Jag 1 week and my domain has been down or not working properly 3 times, twice for several hours.

Is this normal guys?

I feel sorry for support - they must be getting hell over this...

"40% of vps are up on the node. The rest will start one by one. All vps can not be started at once. Your vps is unfortunately the very last one in the list."

This is the reply I got. It's taken 30 mins to do 40%, so I'm guessing it will be another hour before mine is up.
