Hello,

The person who made this reseller account for you didn't give you permissions for the stuff missing in your WHM so that's why you can't see it ..

If you made this Reseller account by your self then you need to log in as root to WHM then do the following :
Resellers > Reseller Center > Reseller Modifications > Select a Reseller: (Choose your reseller account) > Edit Privileges/Nameservers
Then choose what ever you would like to allow this reseller account to do
