I'm having a serious issue here. I've been talking with support about this, but I just end up going in circles.
I'm missing a ton of emails.
First of all, I have all of my email settings correct in Outlook Express, but I'm not receiving emails on a couple of different accounts.
This happened another time recently and suddenly days later I was receiving emails that were sent.
I looked in cPanel for the main two that I'm missing emails on, and both of those accounts are growing in space used, but again, nothing in OE or webmail.
I've looked in Virtuozzo, but there's nothing there in my inboxes.
I've restarted the email server.
I've deleted and re-set up my email accounts in OE.
I've restarted my computer (not that I thought that would help).
I keep getting the same message from support that there are no errors to report, then the last one showed me what I already knew from Virtuozzo.
I'm not getting anywhere with this. My accounts keep growing in size, but I can't access the emails! And yes, I KNOW there are emails. There was one that was an order confirmation from one of my customers. Thankfully I got an email from PayPal (at a different addy), or I never would have known about it.
Does anyone have any suggestions at all?
