    Please email sales@jaguarpc.com to sort out your login problem. If you have an account/vps with us, you are a user and you have a client area login with us.

    Yes I got the VPS from you , but from another client , and that client does not respond to my calls or emails , and he does not wanna give me the password of your site ,nether the billing controls , because I want to renew it for the next year , so please I need your help , that's client spoiling your site .
    I paid for the VPS from my pocket….
    I do have the root password…

    Thank you all for your assistance, and as I said before the site is for me, but has been bought by my colleague, I do not know where he is right now.
    And I am afraid that VPS will expired , than I can not renew it again, ,because I do not have the authority to enter as client or owner for my account to Inspect the billing, I want a full control of my site.
    Hopefully, you will solve this Complication.

    This is one of the problems that we are facing, when we hired some one else to get the service (non-direct), from the company (www.jaguarpc.com), I know that was my mistake on depending on others, I will hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible, I am very grateful for your assistance and concern.

    Yea that was a BIG mistake.

    I would continue to email sales to work this out.
