The simple answer is to check the boxes next to the processes that are showing read in the second image and then click the start button to start them. There is a good chance that that's all you'll need to do to get them workign again, but you'll also want to investigate why they went down in the first place so you can prevent it from happening again, and this can take a little bit of work. Start by looking over your logs, which might give you some hints.

My Virtuozzo Panel always says that mysql and httpd are down.

WHM often misreports the status of httpd as well, particularly on restart.

Unless you have other evidence for failed services (ie. your website's not working) then you may just be tilting at windmills.

Virtuozzo panel cannot identify mysql and http server status for cpanel servers. You should be looking at whm -> service status, well, the best is to just load your ip at http://ipaddresshere and see if it works
Its possible mysql is probably down on your vps. Please open a support ticket if you need help with this.

Unfortunately (in my experience) neither of these are reliable indicators. If a page that requires a mysql connection is being served, then httpd and mysqld are both working, irrespective of any "service status indicators".

Veena has already explained earlier that vzpp can not show correct status. You need to ignore it.

For WHM, please open a support ticket.
