Some Security & Other Questions For VPS

Hello Every Body ,

First I have to say
Because I really do

Now let's get in the Questions ..

My 1st Quesion is : Getting Safe Mode On , is that good for my VPS's Security or it dosen't do any thing ?

My 2nd Qutesion is : How can I protect my VPS from getting hacked by any uploaded shells on my client's spaces ?

My 3rd Question is : I heared about some thing called "SIM" that I can install on my VPS to get the service restarted automaticly if it stopped any time , from where can I get this and how can I install it ?

My 4th Qutsion is : Am I asking alot of silly question ?

I assume your talking about php safe mode. If so, dont bother, it is being removed in php6 anyway.

Many thanks for your great help and I'll ask the support to get SIM installed for me but will I have any problems with it like I had problems when they installed Firewall for me ? (My VPS Got Down For More Than 24 Hours in 2 Days !! )

By the way is your name spilled like that "مسعود" or it's an english name ?
