In trying to get my vps setup I got 2 new jag nameservers to use ns3 and ns4.nocdirect.com and it was strongly suggested by support that I register private nameservers as when I added new accounts that I would have to make a ticket to get it added to jags nameservers. Well the first thing I did was change the nameservers on the main hosting account as the nameservers above were different from my shared account and start the registration process for private ns which I did. Well this morning I stopped recieving email on my main hosting account but continued to recieve on other accounts whose nameservers have not been changed from the shared. Also changed to my private nameservers about an hour ago and still no emails. When I put this in my ticket support replied that I could always change back to ns3 and ns4.nocdirect.com which first started not delivering email.
So I'm definitely not communicating with support. I don't care one way or the other what nameservers I use - I just don't want to loose emails. At this point I cutting and running back to my original shared nameservers until I can understand whats happening.
